Welcome to First Grade!

We are going to have the best year together laughing, learning, and exploring!

I grew up in the Burnsville School District and attended Winona State University, where I graduated with a K–6 Elementary Education License with an emphasis in 6–8 Mathematics. I later earned my Master of Arts degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University.

My teaching career began with Minneapolis Public Schools, where I spent two years as a preschool reading tutor and an additional year as a fourth grade teacher. I then spent seven years as a kindergarten teacher at Falcon Ridge in New Prague. It is such a pleasure to return for my fourth year with the Eagle View community!

I am so excited to get to know each of my students and their families this year! If there is anything I can help you with or answer for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I can’t wait for all the learning, laughter, and fun we’ll share together!
